Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we ship all over the India. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. In case your order consists of personalized products, your order will be shipped within 2-3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). In case your order consists of non-personalized products, your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). The tracking details will be emailed once the order has been shipped. Post shipping, delivery can take anywhere between 3-7 working days.

In case of your order is marked delivered but not delivered, or for any other concern please raise the query on hello@tumbledstore.com within 72 hours of the order being marked delivered.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders. For COD orders, there is a shipping fee of 80 INR.

What products are ineligible for Cash On Delivery Option(COD)?

Personalised Custom Products and Orders above value 1499 INR are not eligible for COD.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products. Replacement or refund is valid only in case a product was damaged in transit or wrong product received. Just email us directly at hello@tumbledstore.com within 48 hours of delivery of the product along with the video of the parcel opening from starting and we’ll take you through the process.

What is the return policy?

We, at the Tumbled Store, ensure the highest level of quality and care in terms of packaging and try to avoid damage in transit as much as possible. However, if you do face any issue with the item being damaged or defective, we have an easy-going return and exchange policy:

In the case of returns or exchanges, please ensure that all the barcodes, labels, tags of the product are intact.

Initiate the return request by simply emailing us on hello@tumbledstore.com within 48 hours of receiving the products. Once the request is reviewed the products will be picked up within 2-5 business days.

The return request can be fulfilled in the form of replacement or store credit. The preferred method needs to be mentioned in the email.

Once the products reach us, we perform a quality check to inspect that it is unused, in its original packaging and the seals, tags or barcodes are not tampered with.

How long is the store credit valid for?

Store Credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

CANCELLATIONS

Are there any cancellation charges?

There are no extra cancellation charges levied by us.

How can I cancel my order?

Personalized orders once placed cannot be cancelled. In case of a COD order, the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on hello@tumbledstore.com . An order post-dispatch cannot be cancelled.

In case of a prepaid order, the amount will be refunded to you within 2-8 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
